Turn your streaming obsession into a career— we’re hiring!Your New Role:Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within HBO Max Marketing at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans multiple teams globally and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.We are seeking a meticulous Production Designer to drive the finishing and production of design assets. As part of the Brand Design team, the designer will be immersed in an engaging and fast-paced creative team that values precision, imagination,and craft. They will play a critical role in adapting visual assets for digital, print, social, and experiential platforms, ensuring every execution is pixel perfect and brand aligned.Your Role Accountabilities:Adapt master designs into multiple formats and sizes for marketing campaigns, platforms, and regions while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrityEnsure all deliverables meet technical specs and are optimized for deployment across channelsOrganize and manage templates, design systems, and versioned files for easy access and reuse, maintaining asset librariesProof and review assets for accuracy, consistency, and excellence in execution Optimize layouts by understanding how to use grids, typography, and layout hierarchy to guide the viewer’s eye and enhance clarityMaintain strong attention to detailDemonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks to produce high-quality designs in a fast-paced environmentBe receptive to art direction for assigned projects, collaborate with peers, and incorporate shareholder feedback into designsQualifications & Experiences:2+ years of experience working in-house or at an agency Proficient in the latest Mac software including Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant troubleshooting tools, with a willingness to embrace AI Impressive portfolio showing breadth of design precisionTakes initiative and thrives in a high-pressure, dynamic environmentAcute attention to detail and the ability to provide effective design solutionsEnglish communications skillHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
