Production Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.Distribute labors on production’s lines and the operating process.Follow up the working conditions (time – water - heat degree - Machines’ Speed).Follow all the Manufacturing in process steps. Handle production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head.Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.Maintain statistical and financial records.Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout Remove waste from the processesImplement predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.Supervise all the production team. Apply the document control system by the workers on time during all steps of manufacturing till shipping finished product to the warehouse.Interacting and liaising with the other departments´ teams to prioritize the orders. Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, machines, or process to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering related industry fields like industrial and production degrees.2-4 years of experience as Production engineer, in food manufacturing industry.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Job Location Tanta Plant October Plant
