JOB: Production ExecutiveCompany: HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITEDLocation: CLS 2 plant at Haridwar.Job SummaryThe Production Executive at Hindustan Unilever Limited plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes within our manufacturing facilities. This role involves overseeing daily production operations, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and maintain exceptional product standards.Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet planned output, quality standards, and cost objectives. Monitor and control production processes, ensuring compliance with HUL's safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) policies and regulatory requirements. Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials, to maximize production efficiency and minimize waste. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve product quality. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions for any deviations from standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending solutions for operational challenges. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods on the production line, coordinating with the logistics team. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Production) or a related technical field. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proven experience in production supervision or executive roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding manufacturing environment.
