With more than 300 product varieties in the Marshmallow, Jelly and Licorice categories, Sweeto appeals to all age groups and has a wide range of products.Sweeto, with its Innovation, Quality, Trust and hygiene-focused flavors, reaches 67 countries today and continues to bring sweet moments to millions of people around the world.By combining passion for taste with quality and innovation, we continue to offer happiness in every bite.You are invited to discover the most positive side of life!REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:•  Graduation from an Engineering department at a university,•  At least 10 years of management experience in the food production sector (preferably with experience in soft confectionery marshmallow and jelly lines)•  Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, BRC, IFS, and FSSC applications,•  Knowledgeable and competent in occupational health and safety (OHS) matters,•  Strong planning and organizational skills,•  Proficiency in Office programs,• Knowledge of ERP systems,•  Strong communication and persuasion skills,•  For male candidates, completion of military service,•  Residence in the Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, and Çorlu areas.JOB DESCRIPTION;•  Ensure the continuity of production as planned, within OHS rules and quality standards,•  Manage the production team, provide training and monitor performance,•  Carry out personnel recruitment processes with the human resources,•  Contrived in any problems that may arise regarding production plans and standards; work in coordination with the Quality, Technical and Planning units,• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, share production information reports with upper management,•  Develop solutions to increase efficiency by controlling energy, maintenance, and material costs,•  Check data entries in the ERP system and prepare reports,•  Organize production in accordance with the production plan,•  Ensure full implementation of quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
