Social Media Content Creator (Freelance) – MedPicker

Company DescriptionMedPicker is an international medical tourism platform helping patients compare clinics and treatments globally. We are looking for a reliable and creative content creator who can consistently deliver high-quality social media content each week. The role is fully remote and flexible. English is required; Turkish is only preferred for easier communication with the director, but not mandatory.Role ResponsibilitiesCreate 10–15 high-quality posts per week, including carousels, educational graphics, and branded visual contentProduce 2–3 Reels/videos per week with clean editing, modern transitions, subtitles, and strong visual flowPrepare short captions, hooks, and hashtag sets optimised for reachFollow MedPicker’s brand style (clean, modern, red–white aesthetic)Develop weekly content ideas and propose creative concepts when neededWork on topics such as rhinoplasty, dental veneers, hair transplant, Hollywood smile, clinic comparison, and patient educationDeliver all content on a weekly schedule in an organised folder (Drive or WeTransfer)RequirementsStrong Canva skills with the ability to create custom, modern layoutsGood video editing ability using CapCut, VN, or similar toolsExcellent English writing for captions and on-screen textCreativity in designing content that builds trust and looks professionalAbility to maintain consistent branding, typography, and coloursReliable, deadline-focused, and responsive in communicationA portfolio showing previous work (Instagram, Behance, Drive, etc.)Turkish language is not required; it is only preferred for internal communication.Preferred QualificationsExperience in beauty, aesthetics, medical tourism, or health-related contentUnderstanding of how to design content that appeals to international patients (UK, EU, GCC markets)Ability to suggest scripts, ideas, and design directions for ReelsFamiliarity with social media trends, sounds, formats, and engagement techniquesCompensationMonthly payment is made in GBP (£)The rate is negotiable depending on portfolio quality and experienceA short trial period will be included to evaluate work quality and fit before long-term collaborationHow to ApplyApplicants should email the following to careers@medpicker.uk Portfolio linkThree examples of Reels/videosCarousel samplesA brief introduction about yourselfYour expected monthly rate in GBP (£)This role offers long-term potential as MedPicker grows internationally and expands across new platforms.
