About UsThe Comfort Group is Australia’s largest bedding & speciality foams manufacturer making premium foam and bedding products for a number of well-known brands including Sleepyhead, SleepMaker, Beautyrest, Dunlop Foam and Tattersfield just to name a few.The OpportunityAs we enter our peak production period, we have several day shift (must be available between 6am and 6pm) opportunities to join our Carole Park manufacturing team on our bedding lines.Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:Rotation of duties eg: Basic Machine Operation, QA. Packing and LabellingWarehouse Roles are also available, which include, Forklift OperationLoading and unloading containersManual Handling – up to 25KgsConduct quality checks on all products and report any faults/concernsAlways follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediatelyAbout YouThe successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to the term of the fixed-term contract. In addition to this, you will be:Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25gs Good time management skills and a solid attendance recordA willingness to learn and a can-do attitudeStrong attention to detailPrevious experience in Manufacturing is an advantage but not essentialAny experience working with fabric/textiles will be highly regardedOn OfferSkillsUpon completion of your training, you will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions on the market.
