We are seeking an experienced and talented Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and fast-paced position that touches on a variety of topics, including company forecasting, product pricing, procurement support, continuous improvement of operational processes, report and presentation preparation, and cross-departmental collaboration. This is a full time position from our offices in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv with the option of working remotely once a week.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage company forecasts and support the sales department with forecastingResponsible for product pricingCollaborate closely with many departments across the organizationLead and participate in ad-hoc projectsDrive continuous improvement of operational processesManage engineering change orders (ECOs ) and configuration controlParticipate in inventory-related decision-makingPrepare reports and presentations for managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management – requiredApproximately 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary operational environmentFamiliarity with complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – requiredExperience with Agile methodology – an advantageProven ability to lead in a matrix environmentAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independentlyQuick learner of new software toolsExcellent communication skills in both Hebrew and EnglishStrong service orientation and interpersonal skillsHigh analytical abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyWillingness to work overtime as needed
