Job Description

Your tasksWe are currently looking for experienced Production Planner. This position is responsible for support the Production Planning team in maintaining accurate production data, managing sub-assemblies and spares, and ensuring timely implementation of changes within SAP. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic planning environment and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).Key tasks:Support Production Planners to ensure production dates are accurately maintained in SAPAssist with Stock Transport Orders (STO) across product lines 7410, 7900, and 7910Take ownership of customer spares and switch sub-assemblies in the UK to support Product Lines, as part of the MRP controller group (VDB)Creating master production schedule for VBD and lead production plan executionArrange/attend meeting related to production plan execution and OEE 'Overall Equipment Effectiveness' for VDBImplement approved Design Change Requests (DCRs) for production ordersMaintain and update production orders in line with Product Change Requests (PCRs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and revision changesCreate and manage the weekly Production Order Monitor, reviewing dates and challenging incorrect data with Shop Floor Controllers and Production SupervisorsProvide cover for other MRP Controllers within the Planning team when requiredCreate draft XLWO documents for technical review and release upon approvalCollaborate with the Planning team on daily tasks and data preparationAttend and contribute to relevant planning and production meetingsYour profileA level education minimumGeneral understanding of supply chain operationsConfident verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of MRP systems, particularly SAPGood level of English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in a planning, supply chain, or production support role is desirable but not essentialFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferredWhy HUBER+SUHNER Polatis?Our aim is to be the employer of choice and as such you can be assured of a market leading remuneration package that matches your skills and experience.
