Production Planning Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturing company, listed on the Stock Exchange. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to hire a 'Production Planning Manager' to join their factory operations in the Imathia region.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Plan and schedule production activities.Organize shift schedules to ensure efficient production execution.Monitor material availability and ensure supply readiness.Ensure operational functionality of all primary and auxiliary machinery.Oversee quality control and ensure product standards are met.Define quality specifications for new products.Set and monitor KPIs related to production, waste minimization, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.Guide and coach teams to improve process understanding, performance evaluation, and team development.Attract and recruit suitable talent to staff production teams effectively.Develop and implement structured training programs.Participate in budgeting processes and contribute to annual goal-setting.Join product and prototype development meetings.Provide regular reports on KPIs and progress toward annual objectives.👤 Candidate Profile:Degree in Engineering from a University or Technical Institute.3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment.Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems is a key asset.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Entersoft.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.📩 If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!
