Our plant in Beja actually holding 40000 employees wants to expand its workforce with a passionate and bold Shift Leader Production to enhance new project development and turn our ideas into concrete achievements.Your role in the Team:As a Shift Leader Production, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing workshop. What You Bring:•   Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry •   Technical skills: Familiar with information technologies Tools (Excel, Outlook...), knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and automotive Customers Specific Requirement (CSR), Lean Basics concepts will be highly recommended.•   Soft Skills: You are an excellent communicator with a strong sense of listening. You excel in conflict management and possess a confirmed leadership skills.
