Production Supervisor

Our Client:We are partnering with a leading MNC that specializes in Greentech and renewable energy. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Production Supervisor as part of their strategic growth.Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets for quantity, quality, and delivery are consistently met.Supervise and coordinate production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Manage materials, inventory, and production resources to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and communicate performance updates to management.Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality management.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in staff development and performance management.Hands-on experience with production machinery and process monitoring.Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality control standards.How to apply:To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
