We are now expanding with a new high tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Optical Devices Assembly. This role supports the Senior OM in planning, budgeting, and managing production and labor resources to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement departmental strategies, KPIs, and goals; lead execution and performance reviews.Manage all aspects of assembly operations including maintenance, quality assurance, SAP/MES systems, and compliance with ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR, and RBA standards.Establish and maintain effective policies, procedures, and processes to optimize resource utilization and machine/line efficiency.Lead product testing, transfers, and support new product development initiatives.Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, GLSS, cost-saving initiatives, and zero-defect programs.Recruit, train, coach, and assess team performance; foster a positive and productive work environment.Oversee departmental financial planning and control.Ensure alignment with quality and delivery objectives.Uphold compliance with 5S, EHS, RBA, and asset protection standards.QualificationsEducationRequired: College degree or higherExperienceRequired: Minimum 7 years in manufacturing (or 4 years with higher qualifications)Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, product design, and quality control toolsAbility to develop procedures, standards, and work instructionsProficient in English (spoken and written), planning, problem-solving, training, coaching, and leadershipSkilled in Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, FMEA, MES systemsPerformance evaluation and team developmentFamiliarity with ISO standards, CSR, and RBA compliance🌟 Why Join UsModern American-standard work environmentPBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growthFull salary during probation 24/7 occupational safety insurance from day onePremium health insurance after just 2 monthsMost Saturdays off Shuttle service for convenient commutingGlobal career development via KOCH’s Talent Exchange ProgrammeAnnual Summer Trip Total compensation based on contribution, including: Base salary, Allowances, Overtime, 13th-month salary, Performance & spot bonuses, Service awardAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
