Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new HR technologies, contribute to process improvements, and be part of a global HR community that shares knowledge and supports each other.What You’ll Be DoingMaintain and update core employee data in global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Support and administer workforce processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.Collaborate with HR partners to resolve data-related requests quickly and effectively.Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, supporting continuous improvement.Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.What We're Looking For2 years of relevant work experience in HR administration or data management.Proficiency with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.Service-oriented mindset with clear and effective communication skills.Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team player with an international mindset.What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
