STL is located on Peking University’s Shenzhen Campus, minutes from Hong Kong. Shenzhen, which is widely recognized as a global technology center with enviable quality of life and the leading hub for technological innovation and internationalization in mainland China, is home to such giants of innovation as Tencent, Huawei, BGI, Ping An, BYD and DJI Drones.Opportunities for tenure-track and tenured appointments extend to a wide range of subjects, including much of the first-year J.D. curriculum (such as Business Associations, U.S. Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property and Torts) as well as upper-level courses with comparative components (including, as illustrative examples, international business transactions and environmental law).
