Program Director - CSR

Experience: 15+ yearsArea of ResponsibilitiesEstablish Infosys Foundation as a leader in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Sustainability categories.Form and/or nurture collectives and partnerships oversee operations and activities like budgeting, fund release, account receivables, resource allocations, confirmations, and invoicing for the initiative.Focus on building relationships with ecosystem value chain including Grant makers, government, strategic NGOs, beneficiaries by articulating value, identify opportunities to build synergy, managing expectations, providing regular status updates.Create a professional and process driven approach for long term impact at scale, creating legacy, bringing systemic change.Interface with NGOs and external agencies to gain a seamless understanding of the ecosystem, learn from and contribute to these networks.Brand building and communicationExperience & Professional requirements:Established credentials and exposure to the CSR space,Having experience at corporates with in program managing collectives will be essential.Experience of handling complex multi stakeholder projects, project planning and executionExceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.Proficiency in usage of MS office toolsDemonstrated experience in nurturing external networks.Knowledge of local language could be advantageous.
