We are Fresh Gravity.RequirementsWhat You'll Do:Proactive and accountable; takes initiative to identify issues and drive progressClear and confident communicator who can lead discussions and ensure meetings are purposefulStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with focus on problem solving, data accuracy, and value deliveryProfessional integrity, self-awareness, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approachWhat We're Looking For:Experience - 8 to YearsProven experience managing BI, analytics, or data platform projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong grounding in project management principles (Agile or hybrid) and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or JiraExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to cross-functional and senior audiencesExperience coordinating across technical and business teams (data, product, engineering, governance)Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, RAID, and follow-through on actions.
