Program Facilitator

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Facilitator to implement and support bilingual education programs in partner schools. You’ll work closely with the Training Manager to deliver engaging sessions, support teachers and ensure the program runs effectively in the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate bilingual learning sessions and workshops in schoolsSupport teachers in applying bilingual education methodologiesProvide feedback and reports on program implementation and student engagementCollaborate with the Training Manager to ensure consistency and quality of training deliveryAssist in collecting and analyzing data to improve program outcomesRequirements:1–2 years of experience in education, teaching or training (experience in bilingual or international schools is a plus)Strong communication and presentation skillsPassion for education and willingness to learnBachelor’s degree in Education, English or a related field
