This role is important in supporting the successful execution of launch activities across global operations. It requires a professional who can seamlessly balance strategic decisions with hands-on coordination of cross-functional tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality product launches and cross-functional alignment.The role will be part of a global team, with colleagues in Singapore, Poland and Denmark. You are expected to be self-driven and take the initiative in challenging the status quo.What you will doStrategic Responsibilities:Drive or support strategic decisions from an Operations perspective, collaborating with stakeholders to reduce complexity and align with business goals.Continuously evaluate and improve lifecycle management governance and ways of working across sites and brands.Provide input to our stage gate model, ensuring alignment with PLM processes and strategic milestones.Operational & Coordinating Responsibilities:Coordinate launch readiness activities across cross-functional teamsIdentify potential launch risks and align on mitigation strategies to minimize impactTrack and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.Ensure harmonized execution of LCM processes across different brands and sites.What you bringExperienceBachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of relevant experience in project/ program management Experience in production, medical devices, electronics, or healthcare industries will have an added advantage.Personal competenciesExcellent project management and coordination skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProven ability to run change initiativesGood understanding of manufacturing environment, medical devices or technologyWho we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
