We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to direct a high-performing Program Management organization within a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing business. This individual will oversee complex, large-scale projects that support the design, construction, and delivery of critical infrastructure systems across multiple facilities.Role OverviewAs Program Management Director, you will lead a broad portfolio of customer projects and internal initiatives across engineering, operations, and service delivery. You’ll bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while driving long-term business growth.ResponsibilitiesChampion program and project execution strategy—driving customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and financial performance across 100+ active projects.Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to define scope, pricing, and delivery frameworks for engineered-to-order industrial solutions.Lead strategic planning and roadmap development for the business, including long-term product and service direction.Oversee the Project Management and Site Services teams (totaling 30–40 professionals), ensuring effective resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Serve as a visible onsite leader across multiple Wisconsin facilities, fostering collaboration between office and production teams.Partner with Marketing and Sales to capture Voice of Customer insights and translate them into product improvements and go-to-market strategies.Mentor and develop team members through structured performance management, competency assessments, and professional development planning.Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high engagement across the organization. Desired Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).15+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and driving cross-functional alignment.Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles.Experience supporting infrastructure, power, or data center-related projects is a plus.PMP certification and familiarity with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.Exceptional communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
