Program Management Staff - Level 4

ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will serve as the F-35 Production Program Office Configuration Readiness Change Program Manager. The candidate will be responsible for production programmatic implementation of key development, improvement, and modernization technology changes. Specific Responsibilities Include: Integrate all production aircraft configuration change requests (cost/schedule/technical) Serve as F-35 production program office change board representative Develop, coordinate, & brief production change metrics Provide briefings to customers and program management senior leadership Work with multiple functions to identify gaps, risks, issues, and opportunities; develop mitigation and capture plans Monitor execution of all authorized tasks, identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of contract requirements Work on complex technical and programmatic issues and produce solutions that are both innovative and cost effective Support multiple senior program managers in the production program office, coordinating changes, identify funding sources, and assist with strategic change break-in strategies
