If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple initiatives, we want to hear from you.Required Skills4+ years of experience in program or project management supporting technology initiatives Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior technical leaders Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Smartsheet Ability to translate technical activities into clear, concise summaries for executive audiences Nice To Have SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of enterprise data environments and large-scale infrastructure projects Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen Prior experience in financial services or regulated tech environments Agile certifications can be beneficial Preferred Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred 4 to 7+ years supporting technology programs, with a track record of successful delivery Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting Other RequirementsAbility to quickly learn and understand complex technical systems Flexibility to start mid-December for an initial 12-month contract, with potential to convert to full-time Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Elevate your career by helping our client better understand and manage their technology initiatives.
