Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end automation implementation initiatives within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will drive complex automation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & Strategy- Lead and manage large-scale automation implementation programs from conception to deployment- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery frameworks- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business objectives- Manage program budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice adoptionTechnical Leadership- Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation solutions including agentic automation, autonomous service provisioning, and intelligent operational processes- Collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture and integration strategies- Ensure compliance with telco industry standards and regulatory requirements- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integration projects- Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, and agentic automation solutionsStakeholder Management- Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with business outcomes- Conduct regular program reviews and status reporting- Build consensus and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groupsTeam Leadership & Development- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and business analysts- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing- Foster collaborative working relationships across departments- Drive change management initiatives and cultural transformationExperience & Background- 8+ years of program/project management experience- Telecommunications industry preferred- Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation and digital transformation projects- Deep understanding of telco operations- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous deliveryTechnical Skills- Knowledge of automation tools and platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power PlatformLeadership & Soft Skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments- Proven ability to influence without direct authority- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsRegional Expertise- Based in Indonesia- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia- Knowledge of regional business practices and cultural nuancesAdditional Skills- Background in digital transformation and organizational change management- Experience with international and multi-cultural teamsPersonal Attributes- Highly flexible and adaptive to changing business requirements and market conditions- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive innovation- Results-oriented with focus on delivery excellence- Collaborative leadership style with ability to build high-performing teams- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in diverse environments- Continuous learner with passion for emerging technologiesTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
