You’ll play a critical role in shaping both the customer journey and the internal systems that power it across onboarding, decisioning, approval, and post-loan servicing.If you thrive at the intersection of business logic, system design, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you.= Job Descriptions =Product Strategy & VisionShape product vision with end-to-end user journeys and backend flows in mindIdentify market opportunities by balancing user needs with tech feasibilityAlign product direction with engineering, risk, operations, and complianceMarket Research & InsightsDive deep into customer behavior, competitor moves, and regulatory landscapesSurface insights to improve backend processes and uncover product opportunitiesProduct DevelopmentWrite clear product requirements capturing both UX and internal system logicMap full user journeys and backend behaviors (state transitions, validations, etc.)Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, data, and compliance to ensure the product is both delightful and robustOwn features end-to-end: from documentation to UAT to post-launch tracking= Job Requirements =2–5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in financial services or fintechStrong track record of delivering at least 2–3 full product cyclesDeep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk managementTechnically savvy: you can engage confidently with developers and system architectsData-driven mindset with sharp analytical skillsFluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
