Job Description:The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership to the organization, ensuring effective management, governance, and achievement of the mission. The Program Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic vision, operational management and faith-based values. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the organization's mission, vision & core values and a proven track record of effective leadership in a fast-paced setting.   Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and goals. Deal Origination: Lead the identification of potential investments and oversee due diligence and investment evaluations. Program Management: Design, develop and manage the organization's start-up incubation and acceleration programs including curriculum, mentorship programs and networking events. Fundraising: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure resources for the organization.Financial Management: Ensure sound financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Governance: Collaborate with the Board to ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management. Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, community leaders and ecosystem players. Capacity Building: Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives to enhance staff and organizational effectiveness.   Skills:Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, make strategic decisions, and drive results.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive organizational growth. Financial Management: Strong financial management and budgeting skills. Fundraising and Development: Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations. Faith-Based Leadership: Understanding of faith-based principles and ability to integrate them into organizational leadership.  Requirements:Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences). Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business management, Venture Building or a related field. Faith Alignment: Strong understanding and alignment with faith-based mission and values.   Additional Requirements:Integrity: Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and accountability. Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, cultures, and communities.Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.Project management expertise Problem-solving and decision-making skills Networking and relationship-building skills.Salary: 700,000 - 800,000 (based on experience and qualifications)Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Thank you.
