Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment?This pivotal role reports to the Director, Functional Learning and Enterprise Initiatives, and will be essential in executing our global enterprise AI learning strategy, directly contributing to our 2026 vision.What You'll Bring (Must-Have Skills):5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or Financial Services setting.Expertise in instructional design and diverse learning modalities.Strong understanding of AI concepts, GenAI productivity tools, and a background in adult learning principles.Proven success in enterprise learning or technology adoption program management.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with LMS/LXP platforms.Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).Experience managing global learning initiatives.Education: Bachelor's degree required.
