Through its pioneering efforts, EarlyFounders aims to position Africa as the global hub for youth-led innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of programs aimed at educating and supporting young founders. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, setting program milestones, managing budgets, assessing program outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The individual will also lead cross-functional teams, facilitate resources allocation, and sustain partnerships within the ecosystem.QualificationsProgram management, planning, and execution skillsLeadership and team coordination skillsStakeholder communication and relationship-building skillsBudgeting and resource allocation expertiseProblem-solving and analytical thinkingBackground in education, entrepreneurship, or technology sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldExperience with AI-driven or startup-focused programs is an advantage
