You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram.Job DescriptionThe Program Manager for Global Coordination plays a critical role in the successful implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), which integrates Vialto’s core processes and AI-enabled solutions — including Tax, Immigration, Billing, and Time Capture — into a single, cohesive, and efficient service delivery framework.This role acts as the central “glue” of the program, ensuring seamless functional handoffs, resolving inter-workstream dependencies, and driving global process standardization across Vialto.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesProgram Management & Dependency ResolutionIntegrated Planning: Develop and maintain the Global Coordination workstream’s detailed plan within the program management tool (MS Teams), ensuring alignment with the overall project roadmap.Dependency Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for all critical dependencies involving the Global Coordination workstream (e.g., ensuring that data availability from one function meets the process needs of the next). Escalate program-level dependencies immediately to the GC workstream leader.Budget & Resource Management: Track workstream costs against budget and manage resource allocation (e.g., SMEs, Business Analysts) required to execute the TOM design.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, log, and manage operational and adoption risks associated with standardizing global processes and redeploying work to new service networks (e.g., VVN).Stakeholder Management & Change EnablementExecutive Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and focused status reports for leadership.Stakeholder Consensus: Manage senior stakeholders across various functions and geographies (e.g., UK, USA) to secure buy-in and sign-off.Change Enablement Liaison: Collaborate closely with the People Change and Communications workstream to ensure accurate, timely information for training and communications materials related to new global processes.Essential Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex global transformation or operational integration programs, preferably within Financial Services or BPO environments.Proven track record in implementing Global Target Operating Models and driving organizational change.Strong understanding of how technology platforms integrate with and transform core business processes.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workshops, secure consensus among diverse stakeholders, and resolve conflicts under pressure.Familiarity with Agile principles and hybrid program models (linking waterfall executive governance with agile development).Additional InformationThis job is open to candidates based in the UK or Poland.This is a remote position.We are currently offering a 12-month fixed-term, full-time employment contract for this role.We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.
