The Opportunity As project manager within the Strategic Initiatives (Risk Office/Planning & Execution), you will oversee capacity and resource planning across all 1LOD MS Risk Management functions, drive analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring, and own consolidated RMO reporting and governance submissions while each function remains accountable for its KPIs/KRIs. You will lead cross-RMO budgeting in partnership with the MSRMO Global Financial Controller, coordinate with the MS Planning & Execution team to drive RMO activities.Day-to-day Responsibilities Oversee capacity and resource planning across all 1LOD MS Risk Management functions. Driving RMO analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring. Own consolidated RMO reporting and governance submissions while each function remains accountable for their own KPIs/KRIs reporting. Lead budget preparation & follow-up and linkage across all RMO departments, working closely together with the MSRMO Global Financial Controller. Create and present business cases related to strategic projects and staffing as well as coordinating and providing material for MSRMO management to present internally and externally. Link into the “MS Planning & Execution” team and oversee & drive the RMO related activities. Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization.
