Your tasksWe are seeking a highly skilled and accountable Project Manager to lead multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced and complex product development and production environment. This role requires a strategic thinker and is ideal for someone who thrives on navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse teams and delivering high-impact results. You will be instrumental in launching products into production, ensuring alignment across engineering, production, and business teams.Key tasks:Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, suppliers, and executive leadership. Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Prioritisation & Decision Making: Navigate conflicting priorities across projects, making informed decisions to maintain momentum and quality. Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams. Process Development: Introduce and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of learning and improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes. Your profileProven experience managing complex projects in product manufacture, production ramp up, and quality issue resolutionStrong understanding of operational environments and production prioritiesExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and EnglishDemonstrated accountability and ownership of project outcomesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Planner)Passion for driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of learning and adaptationStrong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and business case developmentProven experience of operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments where priorities shift rapidlyAbility to translate technical delivery into business valuePMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certificationExperience utilising Lean Six Sigma methods for performance and quality improvementUnderstanding of product development lifecycle, especially in hardware or embedded systemsExperience in designing and implementing scalable project management processesWhy HUBER+SUHNER Polatis?Our aim is to be the employer of choice and as such you can be assured of a market leading remuneration package that matches your skills and experience.
