Intelligence Federal is professional services government contracting company seeking a Program Manager to support a federal government agency. This is a full-time position and eligible for benefits through Intelligence Federal. In 2024, we were voted one of the 25 Best Places to Work in Washington DC by the Washington Business Journal!Location: RemoteJob Duties, Including But Not Limited ToResponsible for the management of performance of the contract.Experience in planning, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, leading and directing the work, and monitoring project completion, as well as allocating people and resources as necessary.Ensure Contractor employees possess adequate qualifications and proficiencies.Plan, execute, and control projects.Provide supervision and direction of all company personnel.Responsible for day-to-day requests from the COR or Alternate COR.SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVELMust be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.Must be a US Citizen.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree PMP certification strongly preferred. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in efficiently managing teams. Experience in the government healthcare space is a plus.Strong work ethic and track record.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Talented management and leadership skills.John J.
