If you are passionate about delivering high-quality projects and working with a collaborative team of professionals, we encourage you to apply!Daily ResponsibilitiesOrganize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionalsReview project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progressMonitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to planAttend construction meetings and visit job sites regularlyProvide input on project implementation and suggest improvementsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in construction management or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in construction project managementProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and team-building skillsKnowledge of construction methodologies and industry standardsSalary And BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
