This is a high-growth role with opportunities to expand your skillset and take on diverse challenges.About The RoleReporting to the VP of Operations, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting and aligning engineering, marketing, production, operations, and sales on product and customer-related initiatives. The Program Manager ensures seamless execution of programs such as new product launches and onboarding large accounts, while driving process improvements and managing risk. You’ll oversee cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and program governance to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & ExecutionDefine scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines for new initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely executionMonitor tasks, activities, and costs throughout program phasesEstablish change management processes for product revisionsCustomer EngagementPartner with customers to define product specifications and contractual termsManage expectations and ensure commitments are metSupport onboarding of new customers and OEM setupsProcess Development & ComplianceDraft and implement SOPs and processes in collaboration with internal teamsEnsure adherence to governance and compliance standardsIdentify and mitigate program risks proactivelyReporting & AnalysisTrack and report program status at regular intervalsProvide updates on costs, timelines, and open issuesPrepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForPost-secondary education in a technical or engineering field, or work experience in a related discipline2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or leading teams in a related industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and process-driven with ability to manage complex programsStrong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsFamiliarity with change management and process improvement methodologiesProfessional designation or eligibility is an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and bonus incentives Extended medical benefits and insurance RRSP program Birthdays off Opportunities for professional growth and development Join a team that values innovation, integrity, and sustainability Please note that LUMINOR is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes.
