Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in telecom, cloud platforms, and agile program delivery to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure alignment between engineering, product, and operations teams, and deliver business-critical programs successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Program Ownership: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across multiple engineering and business teams.Project & Resource Planning: Develop detailed project and resource plans, track milestones, and ensure programs stay on schedule and within scope.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success to deliver integrated solutions.Agile Delivery: Implement and improve Agile processes—facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning sessions.Release Management: Coordinate release cycles, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple teams and systems.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, risks, and dependencies; provide clear and timely updates to leadership.Team Enablement: Protect and empower teams by removing roadblocks, clarifying priorities, and maintaining focus on high-impact work.Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability across programs.Jira Management: Manage and optimize Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting for program transparency and accountability.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus.14+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or telecom domains.Proven experience managing cloud-based software projects (AWS, Azure, or similar).Strong understanding of telecom technologies (VoIP, SIP, messaging, APIs, etc.) is preferred.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional Agile teams across geographies.Excellent command of Jira for project tracking, reporting, and release management.Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance stakeholder needs, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Pls share below details with updated CV to shruti.solasi@movius.aiEXPCTCECTCLocationNoticeRegards,Shruti
