Typical Day in the Role: Purpose of the Team: The Pricing, Deals, and Investments team within the Partner, Sales, Marketing & Operations Team is accountable for economics, pricing and deals for existing and upcoming company products and services delivered through OEM Partners globally. The non-standard deal program manager is responsible for orchestrating the operationalization of non-standard deals for OEMs in the Devices Partner Sales (DPS) organization. This role involves working with multiple teams across the company, the v-team, that includes: legal (CELA), licensing, finance, compliance, business management, and operations to review and approve deal terms and documentation - and to ensure our process and documentation meet corporate compliance standards. As a Non-Standard Deal Program Manager, you will orchestrate the operationalization of non-standard deals for OEMs within DPS. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams-legal (CELA), licensing, finance, compliance, business management, and operations-to review and approve deal terms and ensure compliance with corporate standards. Deal Documentation: Most of the PM's time will be spent managing deal documentation reviews and approvals Responsibilities include: Ensure the v-team is meeting its stated SLAs Manage documentation (e.g. contracts, amendments, business letters, etc.) reviews and approvals with the v-team and designated approvers.
