Global Workplace Services Program Manager

Meta is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the Global Workplace Services (GWS) organization, which includes Real Estate and Facilities, Culinary, and Security. This role will lead and drive strategic, high-impact cross-functional programs that span multiple teams within the organization and across the company.As a Program Manager at this level, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex, high-visibility programs on behalf of executive sponsors. You will assemble and lead cross-functional teams, build alignment and support among key stakeholders, tailor project management frameworks to program needs, and manage all aspects of program execution. You will join an agile team that drives significant impact across GWS.You will be strategic and highly effective executor with demonstrated experience driving impact in Workplace or Corporate Real Estate organizations. You will have demonstrated success coordinating with regional and global partners on complex, mission-critical programs involving many interdependent teams. You are highly organized, poised, and able to influence at all levels of the organization.Global Workplace Services Program Manager Responsibilities:Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partnersPartner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programsDefine program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational prioritiesDrive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiativesBuild alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as neededApplication of problem-solving skills to challenge the status quo and develop efficient workflows and engagement modelsRepresent organizatgion with company leadership and external partnersMinimum Qualifications:12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business servicesProven track record of developing tailored strategic communications, experience presenting complex ideas to leadership and executive audiencesExperience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levelsExperience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teamsHighly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approachExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partnersBackground in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizationsPrior consulting experienceExperience working in high-growth companiesAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
