Program Manager (Outdoor Education Program)

1. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management (Preparation – Operation – Closing):Oversee assigned AsiaMotions programs from pre-event to post-event stages.Liaise with schools and suppliers, manage bookings, prepare program documents, handle cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.Ensure all necessary equipment is available and in good condition.On-Site Operations:Manage logistics including transportation, accommodation, meals, and equipment.Support the Program Leader, supervise freelancers, and ensure high-quality program delivery that meets safety standards.Monitor expenses and equipment usage throughout the program.Post-Program Tasks:Finalize supplier and freelancer payments, submit expense claims, and collect program feedback.Evaluate freelancer performance and organize returned equipment for future use.Operations Development:Contribute ideas for new programs and improvements to existing documentation.Support internal inspections, evaluations, and trial runs for new program development.2. RequirementsFluent in English.Willingness to travel during program execution (locations include Lâm Đồng, Đồng Nai, Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu, Cần Thơ, etc.).Proficient in MS Office, with strong communication and organizational skills.Responsible, adaptable, and customer-oriented.Able to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in event management or program coordination is an advantage.3.
