Job Title: Program Manager – Operations & Strategy (Kochi, Hyderabad, Chennai)Location: Kochi/ Hyderabad/ ChennaiExperience: 1+ years (MBA preferred)Function: Business Operations and StrategyAbout the Role:We’re looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven professional to join us as aProgram Manager – Operations & Strategy for our Kochi, Hyderabad and Chennaiteams.In this role, you’ll be the strategic and operational bridge between the centralbusiness team and the on-ground operations, ensuring our regional centres runefficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met. A key part of yourmandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights,customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy andexecution.This is not a sales role — it’s a business enablement, insights, and processexcellence role.What You’ll Do: Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementingstructured solutions. Grow the business in your region by:o Leveraging local market insights,o Conducting competitive analysis,o Recommending targeted strategies for the Kerala/Telangana/Andhra-Telangana markets. Monitor key business metrics (productivity, conversion levers, quality,customer experience) and partner with regional teams to improve outcomes. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and uncover insights Collaborate with central Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to localize andexecute state-level initiatives. Run structured program reviews with centre leadership to align goals, trackprogress, and ensure accountability. Lead special projects focused on process automation, performanceimprovement, or customer experience enhancement.What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or asimilar role (MBA preferred). Fluent in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil along with English Strong command of Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus Structured problem solver with strong stakeholder management skills High ownership, bias fsor action, and comfort in unstructured environments Ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority Willingness to travel occasionally for reviews and implementationWhy Join Us: Opportunity to own regional business programs and growth initiatives earlyin your career. Direct visibility to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Work on high-impact projects that shape efficiency, customer experience, andcentre performance. Fast-paced, meritocratic culture that rewards initiative and outcomes.
