Program/Project Manager – Technology Infrastructure (Financial Services) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week)Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)Our financial services client is looking for a highly polished, strategic Program Manager to support a large Technology Infrastructure portfolio. This role goes beyond project delivery, it's about tying multiple infrastructure initiatives together into one cohesive technology roadmap.The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker with strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and alignment across Workstreams.What You’ll DoOversee a portfolio of Technology Infrastructure projects and connect them into a unified technology plan.Work closely with the Director of Technology Infrastructure on program strategy, planning, and alignment.Provide program-level visibility: dependencies, risks, sequencing, and overall health.Produce polished dashboards, executive reports, and program artefacts.Guide and mentor PMs to improve delivery maturity and communication quality.Act as a strong, executive-facing representative for the program.What You Bring11+ years Project/Program Management experience (infrastructure & financial industry strongly preferred).Proven experience managing complex technology portfolios—not just single projects.Exceptional communication skills and polished executive presence.Strategic mindset with the ability to connect workstreams, identify gaps, and drive alignment.Strong understanding of PMBOK/Waterfall and program governance.Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple PMs, coordinators, and stakeholders.Experience in banking or financial servicesNice to HavePMP or PMP CertificationKnowledge of ITIL or enterprise technology governance
