Job Title: Program Support SupervisorPay Grade: 8Salary: $80, 163Department: ProgramsReports to: Manager - ProgramsFLSA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryThe Programs Department manages tenant and capital improvement projects throughout the Central Passenger Terminal Complex (CPTC). The Program Support Supervisor (PSS) oversees (4) crucial roles that support the AATC program management, facility maintenance, and operational readiness objectives.The PSS will oversee the repository of as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, submittals, specifications, as well as any other documentation turned over from successfully executed projects. The PSS will ensure that all new assets created by completed projects are entered into the AATC Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and programmed for the required preventative maintenance. The PSS will oversee the nighttime project activities associated with the tenant and capital improvement program, helping to achieve improved operational readiness and construction safety compliance. Finally, the PSS will oversee the preparation of various internal and external reports (i.e., the Capital project Equal Business Opportunity participation compliance reporting, airport Concessions utility usage reporting, project impact reports, etc.), as well as supporting project management administrative tasks (i.e., uploading project KPI data, preparing RFP’s, noting key project meeting/site visit action items, etc.).Responsibilities Guide and supervise direct reports through strong communication and coaching techniques. Includes training, motivation, performance appraisals, and adherence to company policy. Gives hands-on internal leadership focused on daily tasks, team performance, and implementing plans. Oversee workflows and schedules, guiding employees, resolving immediate issues, and reporting to the Program Manager. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports assigned to them to include scheduling, work assignments, training, and oversight of their day-to-day activities. Handles a varied workload and multiple priorities while working as a team with co-workers to accomplish company and project goals. Demonstrates full and current knowledge of all OSHA Construction Safety requirements so as to urge outside contractors to maintain compliance with these requirements. Overseas the repository of as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, submittals, specifications, as well as any other documentation turned over from successfully executed projects. Ensure that all new assets created by completed projects are entered into the AATC Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and maintained in an asset registry. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and controlling of scheduled preventative maintenance. Oversee the nighttime project activities associated with the tenant and capital improvement program, helping to achieve improved operational readiness and construction safety compliance. Performs all other duties as assigned by Leadership.Qualifications And Requirements Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal. This includes a 10-year background search by fingerprint analysis. A driver’s license is required, subject to successfully passing a driver background check for insurance purposes. Driving record must be void of recent major moving violations. Skilled in the usage of MS Office suite, including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, and can clearly present and articulate ideas. Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAMS (i.e., Hexagon, etc.) and the ability to become proficient with project management information systems and document storage platforms like PM Web, Procore, Microsoft Project, Sage, and Epicor software. Previous supervisory experience with direct reports is preferred. Proven ability to work independently as a self-started with minimal supervision. Must possess 2+ years of AATC asset management, construction management, facility management, or project management experience and a bachelor's degree in related field, or documented 5+ years of experience in operations or maintenance in lieu of college. OSHA 30-Hour Construction certified (must obtain certification within 6 months). Possess a working knowledge of principles, laws, regulations, and accepted practices governing personnel control and administration, building system maintenance repair and renewal, contract administration, and governmental codes regarding building practices.Success Characteristics Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills to successfully communicate a variety of responsibilities with accuracy. Team oriented, with the ability to build consensus and effective relationships in a cohesive business environment.
