Must Have - SCRUM and Agile-Certified and PracticeWe are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Manager to support the design and delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives for our Client. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of digital projects by collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. You will drive agile ceremonies, backlog management, solution implementation, and assist in change management efforts to maximize value realization.If you're passionate about driving AI and digital transformation, have strong agile experience, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery: Lead AI and digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.Agile Delivery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, refine backlogs, and track project progress.Product Ownership: Translate business requirements into user stories and prioritize based on value and feedback.Change Management: Collaborate on SOPs, training guides, and user communications, and support post-implementation feedback.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress updates for leadership.Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, solution-oriented team culture and contribute to knowledge sharing.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3–8 years in digital transformation or product delivery, with a focus on agile delivery.Technical Knowledge: Experience with AI, analytics, process automation, or exposure to machine learning and RPA.Agile Expertise: Strong experience in Scrum facilitation and user story writing.Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
