Role SummaryWe are hiring a capable, seafaring-experienced Shipping Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day performance of our tanker fleet.

You will be responsible for voyage tracking, cargo reconciliation, operational reporting, and coordination with terminals, agents, and masters. This role is on-site in Dubai and requires availability beyond standard working hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesVoyage Operations & MonitoringOversee execution of crude oil tanker voyages under time charterTrack vessel movements and manage daily performance issuesCoordinate with port agents and vessel crew across regional portsCargo & DocumentationManage cargo reconciliation and discharge/load accuracyMaintain logs, reports, and compliance documentationSupport bunker tracking and STS coordination when requiredCommunication & EscalationServe as liaison with agents, terminals, and internal ops teamRelay critical updates to management in a timely mannerFlag operational risks, weather issues, or delays as neededWho We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years in shipping operations (tanker focus)Prior seafaring experienceExperience handling crude oil or dirty cargoFamiliarity with ports in Iraq preferredProficient in Excel; knowledge of Veson IMOS is a plusReliable, detail-oriented, and operationally available 24/7 during active voyagesAvailable for full-time on-site work in DubaiLocation:
