In this role, you will support our product development and financial operations, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and on schedule.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting project reporting and ensuring financial data is up to date.Monitoring project status, managing invoicing schedules, and coordinating with suppliers.Coordinating contracts and procurement and reviewing invoices.Utilizing the ERP system for project documentation and tracking.Collaborating with the product development team and finance lead to support operational activities.Preparing reports for management and the group.Supporting financial administration in tasks related to accountingYou will typically be involved in several projects of varying sizes simultaneously, with tasks ranging from hands-on coordination to financial support.We are looking for someone with:A degree in business or finance (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).Experience in financial administration within an industrial or technology company, preferably in an international environment.Understanding of and willingness to learn more about taxation, invoicing, and procurement contracts.Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Excellent English skills; Finnish is a strong asset, and German is seen as an advantage.A flexible and calm working style – you thrive in a changing environment and handle interruptions well.A collaborative and solution-oriented attitude – you’re ready to take on a variety of tasks.Experience with Power BI or interest in automating reporting is considered an advantage.
