Project Architect

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Project Architect to join our growing Melbourne studio.At Ardo, we create homes that are calm, timeless and quietly confident. Our work is grounded in light, materiality and an architectural honesty that feels both refined and personal.This role is an opportunity to take ownership of design-led residential projects, from concept through to completion, while collaborating closely with our team, clients and consultants. You’ll be deeply involved across all stages, contributing to both the creative and technical delivery of each project.About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and precision to their work, a natural collaborator who leads with care and clarity.You balance conceptual thinking with technical depth, understanding how design ideas translate into built form. You enjoy guiding others, contributing ideas, and being part of a collective process that values design quality as much as delivery.You’ll have:7+ years of architectural experience (ideally in high-end residential or boutique multi-residential projects),Registration as an Architect in Australia,Strong design sensibility, with an appreciation for proportion, light, and materiality,Confidence across all project stages, from concept design through documentation and on site delivery,High-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a strong technical understanding of detailing and construction,Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills,A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for thoughtful, crafted design.If this sounds like you, please send your resume and portfolio to careers@ar-do.com.au
