Project Assistant – Deployment & Operational Marketing (M/F)

This position offers a unique opportunity for professionals located near Lisbon who want to work in a highly international environment while contributing to projects connected to Lebanon. You will work across project coordination, marketing operations, and cross-regional communication—supporting initiatives in both Europe and the Middle East. Proficiency in Lebanese Arabic and deep familiarity with Lebanon’s culture and market are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationSupport the deployment of projects in Lebanon and across Europe.Maintain effective communication between the European headquarters and Lebanese partners.Assist in field coordination, project tracking, and follow-ups.Marketing & Digital OperationsSupport marketing activations, launches, and campaign execution.Manage website updates, email campaigns, and general digital content.Conduct research and competitive market analysis related to Lebanon.Prepare performance reports and maintain structured project documentation.Operational SupportAssist project managers with organizational and administrative tasks.Coordinate logistics for business trips, events, and operational missions.Represent the company during partner meetings and on-site visits when required.Required QualificationsProficiency in Lebanese Arabic required for role-related tasks involving local partners and market understanding.Strong knowledge of Lebanon’s culture and market dynamics.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Must reside within 50 km of Lisbon, as the role requires in-person meetings and coordination.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Trello, Notion, CRM platforms, and CMS tools.Background in project management, marketing, communication, or business is preferred.Eligibility NoteTo be considered for this position, candidates must:Be proficient in Lebanese Arabic and have experience working with or within the Lebanese market;Be currently based within 50 km of Lisbon due to the nature of the role.Applications that do not meet these two requirements may not move forward in the review process.What You’ll GainAn international role combining operations, marketing, and strategic coordination.The opportunity to directly support initiatives impacting the Lebanese market.Exposure to diverse markets and multicultural teams.A collaborative and supportive environment that values creativity and initiative.Clear career progression opportunities toward a Project Manager role.
