Project Control Engineer

Project Control Engineer – Bartawi General ContractingLocation: AlQouz industrial area 2- DubaiKey Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.Track project progress, cost, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with project goals.Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other stakeholders to align schedules and timelines.Assist in risk analysis and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.Support the development of baseline programs and recovery schedules.Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, project milestones, and resource planning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in project control or planning within the construction/engineering sector in the UAE.Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks is a plus.If you're interested, send your CV to careers@bartawi.ae
