We are a leading specialist in façade access and BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) systems, delivering bespoke engineered solutions for major construction and high-rise projects across London and the UK. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and internal growth, we are now looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support our engineering and project delivery teams.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with engineering knowledge and 1–3+ years’ experience in project coordination, project delivery, or technical administration who wants to develop into a full project role within a niche, high-growth engineering company.The RoleYou will support the Project Manager(s) across the full lifecycle of façade access projects — from design coordination and documentation through to scheduling, tracking, delivery, and on-site coordination.This is an office-based role in London Bridge, with occasional site visits to liaise with clients, contractors, and the internal engineering team.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of BMU / façade access projectsPrepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, drawings and reportsLiaise with internal teams (design, engineering, commercial, operations)Coordinate procurement of materials and equipmentAssist with RAMS, O&M manuals, technical packs and compliance documentationTrack project progress, timelines, actions and milestonesAttend occasional site meetings to support project deliveryProvide administrative and technical project support to ensure deadlines are metMaintain communication with clients, contractors, and subcontractorsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Construction, Design, or similar1–3+ years’ experience in project coordination, technical administration, project delivery, or junior project managementStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to read or understand technical drawings (training provided if needed)Confident communicator who can liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliersProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Desirable:Experience in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, lifting equipment, or façade accessUnderstanding of RAMS / O&M documentationExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders across a project lifecycleWhat’s On Offer£35,000 – £40,000 starting salary (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate medical insuranceClear progression path into Project Manager or Technical Delivery rolesWork with a long-established, specialist engineering companySupportive team and genuine career developmentHow to ApplyIf you’re an engineering-minded, organised and ambitious individual looking to grow in a technical project environment, we’d love to hear from you.
