Job DescriptionPlan and manage small scale projects from start to finishResponsible for the overall delivery of projects ensuring smooth resource planningAdhere to the PM methodology with standards for governance, documentation, and dataTrack progress towards project goals and provide status updates regularly to all internal and external stakeholdersImplement project activities by resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination as per the project management plan Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders and principals to address needs, concerns, and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the projectIdentify, maintain and provide mitigation/action plan for project risks and issuesEvaluate and monitor schedules, budgets and other project activitiesUpdate domain knowledge through available opportunitiesComplete all assigned project deliverables, secure customer sign-off, and coordinate invoicing and project closure or handover to supportApply project management methodologies and processes effectively during project executionEngage in mentoring, knowledge transfer, and attend conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practicesProvide guidance and support to Project Assistants and Project Management Interns as requiredPerson SpecificationBachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field01+ years of overall professional experience, preferably including experience as a Project Assistant or Project Management InternDemonstrated project leadership capabilities with exposure to small-scale project environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levelsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to adapt in dynamic environments and work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsA customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellencePossession of relevant behavioral competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, and accountabilityCompletion of project management-related training or certifications will be an added advantage
