Project Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & CoordinationPlan and execute detailed project schedules and work programs.Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.Track progress, monitor milestones, and identify risks or potential delays.Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports.Site Management & SupervisionConduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality compliance.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.Maintain compliance with safety and company standards on all projects.Procurement & Cost ControlAssist in material selection and procurement process.Track and manage material deliveries and site usage.Support cost control efforts to ensure projects remain within budget.Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, approvals, and timely delivery.Quality Assurance & HandoverEnsure all works comply with UAE regulations and company quality standards.Participate in inspections and ensure snag lists are completed.Support final handover process with complete project documentation.Reporting & CommunicationPrepare daily and weekly progress reports.Maintain clear communication between office, site, and client teams.Report project status, issues, and progress updates to management.RequirementsProven experience in the UAE in a similar role (Project Coordinator / Project Engineer) within fit-out or interior design industry.Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and interior finishing processes.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Employment DetailsProbation: 6 months (as per UAE Labor Law)Visa & Health Insurance: Provided by the companyAnnual Leave: As per UAE Labor LawRelocation: May be required to travel across the UAE for project supervisionInterested Candidates:Send your CV and portfolio to career@nordsinteriors.com with the subject line:Application – Project Coordinator (Fit-Out & Interior Design)Job Type: Full-time
