Department: OperationsReports to: Business Operations Support ManagerSalary: up to £21K DOEWorking Pattern: Flexible and to be discussed at interview stageLocation: ManchesterThe OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Waste Water Adoptions Team. This role is key in supporting the coordination, administration, and communication of adoption processes under Section 104 sewer adoption process, ensuring efficient progression of schemes from initial instruction through to final handover.You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, developers, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of payments, and effective management of project milestones in line with company and regulatory standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment, with plenty of variety and responsibility. Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralTake reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others affected by your actions or omissionsEmbody and promote Leep Utilities' core values in all decisions and behaviours, adhering to all company policies and proceduresIdentify and implement process improvements as requiredComplete any reasonable task, as requested by your Line ManagerRole SpecificCoordinate the Waste Water Adoption team, providing progress updates on key actions to internal and project stakeholders.Produce letters and email correspondence as requested by Adoption teamSend legal instruction packages to commence S104 agreementsFollow up on legal queries and completions with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure traction of projects liaising with developers and consultantsEnsure all sales handover, legal & project related documentation is requested and is stored in SharePointMaintain a comprehensive understanding of each Managers workload, serving as the primary point of reference for information.Handle project-related Purchase Orders and invoicingManage project risk registers, trackers, directories, programs, and the Project Email accountManage expenses for the Waste Water Adoptions ManagersOrder PPE for the wider business About YouExcellent organisational skillsExceptional knowledge of all Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to communicate and display professionalism at all levelsAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to adjust priorities if/when urgent matters arise Your Development and Benefits At Leep, we believe in stable growth and putting our people first.
