Project Director

We are currently hiring an experienced Project Director to join a leading Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi, working on several large-scale building projects.The successful candidate for this position will have proven experience within all elements of a construction project, with a hands-on approach to their work.The Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards in line with UAE regulations and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the contractor's strategic goals.Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams, building collaboration with clients, consultants, and government bodies to drive project efficiency and timely completion.Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard profitability and regulatory compliance.Key Requirements:Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience within the construction industry, with a strong background in large-scale building projects.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Proven experience working as a Project Director, working for Main Contractors on Abu Dhabi-based projects.Minimum of 2 projects completed in a Project Director capacity. Strong experience working in a client-facing position in Abu Dhabi is essential.
